About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Operations Lead who will serve as Caelix's primary "Profit Guardian" and "Efficiency Expert." This position is not measured by the total gross revenue generated, but by the gross profit secured after deducting all production and operational event costs.
The main target is to ensure a healthy gross margin for each event, as well as to conduct research, analysis, and planning in identifying the right strategic partners, sponsors, venues, and vendors to support the company's profitability and operational sustainability.
